When a shingle blows off in a storm or a slow leak finally shows up on your ceiling, you need a crew that answers the phone and shows up โ not a call center that puts you on hold. Big Toms Roofing sends licensed, local Lebanon roofers to your door, usually the same day you call.
We built Big Toms Roofing to fix a problem every homeowner in Lebanon has run into: contractors who don't return calls, no-show for appointments, or pad the invoice once the tarp's already on the roof. Our Gutter Installation crews are local, licensed, and accountable โ every estimate is in writing before a single shingle gets pulled.
From a single missing shingle to a full tear-off, our Lebanon crews handle every stage of roofing work with the same attention to detail โ licensed, permitted, and cleaned up when we leave.
A leak that starts as a small stain can rot decking and framing within weeks. Our emergency response teams treat every active-leak call in Lebanon as urgent โ temporary stabilization first, permanent fix scheduled right behind it.
Whether your roof is past its expected lifespan or storm damage made repair impractical, our replacement crews handle permitting, disposal, and installation start to finish, with a written timeline you can plan around.
Commercial roofs fail differently than residential ones โ ponding water, seam separation, and membrane wear don't always show up until there's a leak on the sales floor below. Our Lebanon commercial division services TPO, EPDM, modified bitumen, and built-up roofing systems on retail, industrial, and multi-family properties.
After a wind or hail event, insurance companies want documented proof of damage. Our inspection team photographs and reports storm damage in a format adjusters recognize, which speeds up claim approval.
Poor attic ventilation cooks shingles from underneath and can void manufacturer warranties. Our Lebanon crews balance intake and exhaust ventilation to extend the life of your Gutter Installation system and lower attic temperatures in summer.
Every one of these commitments exists because a Lebanon homeowner asked for it, complained about a competitor's lack of it, or we learned it the hard way.
Every estimate is itemized and handed to you before we touch the roof โ no verbal quotes that change once the ladder comes down.
Local dispatch means less time waiting and more time getting your roof actually fixed.
Certification isn't a marketing badge here โ it's required training that affects how your warranty is honored.
If something about the finished work doesn't sit right with you, call us back and we'll make it right โ that's the deal.
We document damage the way adjusters expect to see it, which shortens the back-and-forth on storm claims.
Magnetic nail sweeps and tarp-protected landscaping are standard on every job, not an upsell.
We don't cherry-pick these โ they're representative of the calls, texts, and reviews we get after most Gutter Installation jobs in Lebanon.
"Called around 9pm after a branch came through part of our roof and Big Toms Roofing actually picked up. They had someone out that night to stop the water and scheduled the repair for that week. That kind of response is rare."
"I got three quotes for a full reroof and Big Toms Roofing wasn't the cheapest, but they were the only ones who explained exactly what was included and stuck to it. Zero surprises on the final bill."
"After the hail storm last year, Big Toms Roofing documented everything for our claim and dealt directly with our adjuster. We barely had to do anything except sign off on the estimate."
"We manage a small retail plaza and Big Toms Roofing has handled our flat roof maintenance for two years now. Scheduled work, no drama, invoices that match the estimate. Exactly what we need as a property manager."
"Their inspection before we bought our house flagged ventilation and flashing problems that weren't obvious on a walkthrough. Glad we called them before closing, not after."
